Our Cotswolds Dry Gin has a delectable blend of nine carefully considered botanicals. We use just over 10kg of these botanicals in each distillation (that’s about 10x the volume in most premium London Dry gins) to create the richest and most aromatic spirit. These botanicals are of the highest quality and include fresh pink grapefruit and lime zest, all hand-peeled by us, as well as local Cotswolds lavender. And the quantity of essential oils extracted from the botanicals is clearly evident, when ice or tonic is added they form the gin’s signature pearlescent cloudiness. The purity of our spirit comes from our ‘single shot’ pot distillation. Most other gins are ‘multi-shot’; a botanical concentrate, stretched out by adding further neutral spirit. Our Cotswolds Dry Gin is never produced from concentrate or chill-filtered so the gin we distil in our beautiful copper pot still is the gin you drink. Cotswolds Dry Gin is an exceptionally well-balanced, rich and aromatic spirit that has won numerous awards. This is a unique and memorable gin; delicious sipped over ice, but also robust enough to stand up to tonic. Its smoothness makes it a perfect martini gin, and it brings a fantastic twist toa Negroni. For a stunning G&T, fill a Copa glass with plenty of ice, pour over Cotswolds Dry Gin, top with a little tonic and garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit and a fresh bay leaf.
