Tell us your departure location and date so we can show you the product selection available.
2 Browse and reserve
Reserve online from a minimum of 24 hours up to 30 days in advance. Order further in advance to enjoy a wider range including brands you might not find in-store.
3 Collect and pay in-store
Your order will be waiting for you in-store at the World Duty Free collection point. Simply collect, pay and enjoy!

How long before I travel can I place an order?
You can reserve online from a minimum of 24 hours up to 30 days in advance of your trip. Order further in advance to enjoy a wider range including brands and products you might not find in-store.
When do I pay for my items?
Payment takes place in-store when you collect your order. You will need a valid boarding pass and proof of ID to collect your order, such as your passport or National ID card. The name on the order must match the name of the ID.
What happens if my travel plans change?
Your order will be available for collection from store opening to closing on your departure date. We understand travel plans can change and so you’re under no obligation to collect your order.
