Grapefruit and cascade hops, blended with island bergamot, lemon zest and wild-foraged coastal rosemary, ‘the dew of the sea’. Distilled then infused with our signature gin, for a zesty fresh gin with a hint of sea air. Inspired by the island, infused with coastal rosemary foraged from the island’s shores and fruits grown in the Victorian walled garden of Victoria and Albert’s Osborne House. Aromatic grapefruit and zesty lemon complement cascade hops and wild-foraged rosemary for a fruity and herbaceous gin, ideal with tonic or in a refreshing spritz.
